Bill Cross came to McSherry Hudson & Hall in 2003 with 10 years of experience working for insurance carriers like Blue Shield of California.  Bill enjoys using his industry knowledge, experience and relationships to help his employer and employee clients obtain value from their benefits program.  Bill has been blessed with his wife and four children.

Nancy Carr
Individual Life and Health Specialist

Nancy came to work for McSherry Hudson & Hall in 1993.  She handles all the Individual Life and Health Insurance for the Company.  Along with these duties, she also provides administrative and accounting assistance.

Nancy has lived in Santa Cruz for the past 41 years and in her spare time volunteers for the Kuumbwa Jazz Center and is very involved in the Swing Dance Community.  She is currently working part-time for McSherry Hudson & Hall which allows her more time to be involved with her love for music and dance.

Lupe Ocampo
Client Service Representative

Lupe joined McSherry Hudson & Hall in February 2005; she has specialized in benefit administration having worked for a local large employer in their HR department for 4 years.  Previously, Lupe worked in insurance carrier claims processing and employee benefits administration at Western Growers for 7 years.

Lupe provides day-to-day employee benefit account service for clients, handles claims issues, does monthly field visits to assist our client’s employees with any questions/issues they might have with their benefits.
She is bilingual and uses her verbal and written Spanish skills to serve our clients with Spanish speaking employees so they better understand and know how to use their own benefits. 
 
Lupe resides in Watsonville with her husband Andrés.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends and doing ceramics.
